Independent dispatch service
ProFreigHTX is a dispatching service operated by Profreightx LLC. Our intended role is to act under a written agreement as an authorized agent for a motor carrier. The actual legal classification of a dispatch service depends on how it operates, whom it represents, how it is paid, and the activities it performs. Nothing on this website expands our authority beyond a signed agreement or applicable law.
Not transportation or brokerage
Unless separately stated in writing and supported by the required operating authority, ProFreigHTX does not transport property, take possession of cargo, hold itself out as a property broker, accept freight payments owed to a carrier, or choose a carrier for a shipper. We support carriers; the carrier decides whether to accept each load.
Carrier responsibility
Each carrier is solely responsible for active authority, insurance, equipment, drivers, safety, hours of service, licensing, permits, taxes, route feasibility, cargo securement, regulatory compliance, and performance of transportation services. Carrier must independently review every rate confirmation and load requirement.
No earnings or load guarantee
Examples, promotions, market observations, or discussions of rates are not promises. We do not guarantee load volume, rate per mile, gross revenue, net profit, routes, broker approval, detention, layover, fuel prices, payment timing, or business results.
Third-party information
Load details, rates, credit information, appointment times, facility requirements, and payment terms may come from third parties. We aim to communicate accurately but do not warrant third-party information. Carrier should verify material terms before approval.
Documents and signatures
Website templates are for onboarding convenience. Review the final agreement, Limited Power of Attorney, rate confirmation, W‑9, and payment authorization before signing. The Limited Power of Attorney is limited to the activities expressly stated in that document and is not a general power of attorney.
